Help,
Somehow while internet explorer is not running I get
pop=ups. Hundreds of them, Most from a co. claiming to rid
your computer of pop-ups. How do I stop this??

Perhaps by ordering their program ? :-)

Your computer has ben infected by some mal-ware. I would suggest you try
AdAware ( www.lavasoft.de ) , which is a sort of virus-scanner aimed on all
kinds of mal-ware, or something alike.
